Kevin Gibbs Into Hall Of Fame

    Kevin Gibbs of Davidsonville was one of five men inducted into the Anne Arundel County Sports Hall of Fame on Wednesday evening.
    Gibbs grew up in Annapolis and was coached by his father in both baseball and basketball with the Rolling Knolls organization. Ed Gibbs would later coach his son at St. John's High, where he became a USA Today and Topps Baseball All-American. Kevin Gibbs, who was an All-Star at every level of minor league baseball and starred for the United States national team, gave special credit to his father for his mentorship and tutelage.
