The bus was stolen from a lot the 1200 block of Generals Highway at 3:30 a.m. The bus was spotted by police helicopter shortly around 9 a.m. in the area of Governor Bridge Road and Strawberry Run in Davidsonville, police spokesman Lt. T.J. Smith said.
