He was born April 6, 1925 in Baltimore, MD, to the late Edward and Emily Becker. A retired business owner, Phillip was also a WWII veteran and was awarded the Purple Heart.
He is survived by his wife Mary Frances Becker, his children; Phillip R. Becker, Jr. and Dr. Stephanie J. Becker, and siblings; Gaither and Helen Becker.
In honor of his wishes, all services will be private.
