1) A two story home on .97 acre at 3570 Ashland Dr. sold by Brian Carruthers to Ryan and Whitney Principi for $850,000.
2) A two story home on 2.01 acres at 1709 Beards Point Ct. sold by Simone Stanich to Robert Magnussen for $752,000.
