Madison's 4 Goals Not Enough

Madison Carter taking a shot in BIG championship game
Junior Madison Carter (Davidsonville) registered four goals, but it wasn’t enough as the third-seeded Penn State Nittany Lions fell to the top-seed Maryland Terrapins, 21-12, in the Big Ten Championship Sun,  afternoon from the U of Mich. Lacrosse Stadium.
Penn State  will await an at-large bid into the 2018 NCAA Tournament when the bracket is released later on May 6. Maryland improves to 18-1 on the year and earns the Big Ten automatic bid with its third-straight Big Ten Championship.
