Pamela Luby, an attorney living in Arnold, will step down as commission chairwoman in June from the AA Co. Commission for Women. She recently filed as a candidate for a seat in House District 33, which represents Crofton, Riva, Davidsonville, Harwood, Gambrills, Odenton, Millersville, Severna Park, Arnold and Cape St. Claire.
