Anne Arundel firefighters responded to a vehicle fire on Route 50 eastbound, between Route 424 and the PG County line about 1:30 PM on Monday. It took firefighters about 20 minutes to control the blaze of a Honda sedan. Mechanical problems are suspected in the non-injury incident.
