1) A two story home on .82 acre at 719 Appomattox Road West sold by the Eugene Menk Trust to Alexander and Carrye Hicks for $545,000.
2) A 2 1/2 story home on 1.78 acres at 746 W. Central Ave. was sold by Michael Sanda to Scott Hommel for $613,000. This home is sometimes referred to as the Davidson mansion.
