Betty Aisquith Passes Away

    Betty Ann (Dobson) Aisquith, 86, of North Charleston, SC formerly of Davidsonville, Maryland, wife of the late John Henry Aisquith, passed away on Sunday, July 1, 2018, at White Oak Manor.
    Family and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Sunday, July 8, 2018, from 3 o'clock until 4 o'clock at John M. Taylor Funeral Home, 147 Duke of Gloucester St., Annapolis, MD 21401. Burial will follow at All Hallows Episcopal Church Cemetery, 864 Central Ave., Davidsonville, MD. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. James Episcopal Church, 5757 Solomons Island Road, Lothian, MD 20711. 
    Betty was born on March 28, 1932, in Pindell, MD, daughter of the late Thomas F. and Birdie Jeannette Dobson. She enjoyed American history, cooking, trips to the mountains, but most of all loved spending time with her family, friends, and her church. She retired from Nationwide Insurance Regional Office in Annapolis Maryland after 34 years of service. 
    Survivors include: two daughters: Linda Christenson of St. Ann, MO and Brenda Campbell (Doyle) of Summerville, SC; three grandsons: Richard Black of Spartanburg, SC, David Black (Katie) of Central, SC and Michael Christenson of Glen Burnie, MD; three great-grandchildren: Gracie Black, Briggs Black and Parker Ann Black; two brothers: Spencer "Sonny" Dobson (Linda) of Tracy's Landing, MD and John "Johnny" Dobson of Deale, MD; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers: Charles Dobson and Everett Dobson.
