Loyola University Maryland outscored Johns Hopkins University 7-1 in the second half Saturday, and the 14th-ranked Greyhounds turned a 5-4 halftime lead into a 12-5 victory over the ninth-ranked Blue Jays at Ridley Athletic Complex.
Pat Spencer tied for game scoring honors with 3 goals and 3 assists.
