The Free State Fly Fishers will meet Feb. 15 at DFRC at 3789 Queen Ann Bridge Rd. The program will feature lessons by Mark Bange on how to kayak fish in local waters. Bange will address why fly fishers would want to fish from a kayak and how to select the proper equipment, as well as where anglers can launch their kayak. The class runs from 10 am to 2 pm,
