Former South River lacrosse star Alex Watson was a freshman on the LaSalle lacrosse team this year. She appeared in 14 games scoring 5 goals and one assist this season. She saw her first collegiate action in the season opener against LIU Brooklyn (2/17) She scored first two collegiate goals in a in at Delaware State (3/19) and added a goal each in final two regular season games, including the 8-7 overtime win at George Washington (4/25) that clinched the team's first A-10 playoff spot since 2010 and a win over George Mason (4/27) that clinched the No. 3 seed in the tournament.
Alex added a goal in team's A-10 semifinal round loss to Richmond (5/2) where she controlled seven draws, and recorded one ground ball and one caused turnover.
